**Main Responsibilities**:
**Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and Retention Lead will**:

- Work closely with customers to provide financing and leasing options that suit their needs
- Present protection products in a transparent, engaging manner
- Assist with lease renewal strategies and retention initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and lending institution guidelines
- Support the sales team in closing deals and enhancing the overall buying experience
- Maintain excellent follow-up with clients to drive loyalty and satisfaction
- Actively manage lease renewals, contacting clients in advance to ensure continuity and satisfaction
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for retention and growth

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a demonstrated history of success in a team environment
- A valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- A valid OMVIC license in good standing
- A professional demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of dealership processes
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- A results-driven, team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
