**Kingpin Bowlounge Boston Pizza**is currently hiring** FOH Supervisor/Server**A Front of House Supervisor at Boston Pizza assists the FOH team with the Restaurant’s daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Supervisor supports the team to ensure that our Guests and team members have an excellent Boston Pizza experience. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting FOH Managers with daily responsibilities
- Providing outstanding guest service.
- Providing leadership, problem solving, and decision making in all areas of the FOH.
- Ensuring guest focus is your first priority.
- Motivating and monitoring of staff.
- Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus.
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ensuring all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
- Excellent use of your time management skills and attention to detail.

**What we're looking for?**
- At least 3 years of previous supervisory experience in a hospitality industry.
- People person who can maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can work cohesively with all team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have up to date Smart Serve Certification,
- Standard First Aid/CPRC/AED certification( or willing to obtain)
- Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new job specific software.
