Job Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Painting a variety of surfaces throughout the community as needed.
- General cleaning of swimming pool and surrounding area floors
- Vacuuming and cleaning of carpets and floors
- Garbage Removal
- Window cleaning
- Move furniture as assigned
- Perform emergency maintenance repair duties such as plumbing (blocked toilets, leaks).
- Sign off on all work duties and maintenance schedules and logs
- Adhere to all appropriate workplace regulations, compliances, legislation and companypolicies and procedures
- Maintain, the highest standards of professionalism by following the company dress codeand/or wearing the company uniform
- Participate in all Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control
- Attend all staff meetings and mandatory training.

Performance Requirements:

- Follows the principles of “good customer service” and ensures that these values aredemonstrated in day to day practices.
- Interact effectively with team members, residents and families as well as external serviceproviders.
- Able to follow instruction and work under mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: From $18.73 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
