**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform siding installation and repairs as needed.
- Must be proficient in tying rebar, installing welded wire mesh and building forms.
- Assist in drywall installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
- Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of structures.
- Fabricate wooden structures according to specifications and blueprints.
- Support electrical installations where required, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to carpentry.
- Experience with siding installation and repair techniques.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation practices.
- Ability to fabricate wooden structures with attention to detail.
- Competence in drywall installation techniques for finishing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in framing walls with both wood and steel studs.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
