Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers. Duties: - Identify and target potential customers through various channels - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure appointments - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Requirements: - Fluent in both English and Spanish languages - Proven experience in customer service or sales roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others - Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus - Self-motivated and target-driven individual - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, but not required We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Pay: $49,678.00-$59,681.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
