Pre-Lock Security continues to grow and is currently seeking 2 Locksmith and Safe Technicians to work with us in our Toronto Shop & Show Room.
This position requires knowledge in door hardware, Medeco restricted key systems, Mul-T-Lock restricted key systems local building and life safety codes and experience with fire and burglary safes would be a great advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service & repair of door hardware to client expectations
Understanding Of Master Key Plans
Familiar with CodeMax
Cutting Keys accurately
Repair and maintenance of safe bolt works and combination locks
Installation of commercial door hardware and related products to factory specifications
Safe combination lock manipulation and drilling
Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs
Share On Call Service With Our Team
In consultation with clients recommend solutions to enhance physical security measures
Prepare and submit all paperwork in a timely and businesslike manner
Ensure company vehicle is driven and maintained in a manner consistent with policies & Laws in Ontario
Responsible for security of company vehicle, tools, equipment and inventory
Education & Experience & Skills:
Grade 12 or equivalent
3 years Locksmith Field Experience
TAOL Locksmith 1 & 2
safe technician experience
Self-motivated and calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and IT literate
Working knowledge of Electronic Security Systems is an asset
Working experience with access control products
Valid driver’s license is mandatory
Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a broad range of customers
