We are a renovation/construction contracting company specializing in full gut high-end renovations. We are looking for a handy man for misc. closing items and deficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drywall, framing, taping, plastering and sanding
- Doors, baseboards
- Miscellaneous components
- Painting
- Finish plumbing connections (an asset)
- Ability to carry out minor repairs
- Drywall repairs - holes, dents, damage drywall
- Paint minor repairs
- Caulking
- Repair and replace minor plumbing
- Complete minor carpentry repairs
- Frames, baseboards
- Minor laminate repair
- T-caps, minor tile repairs, grout,
- Minor electrical repairs
- Replace bulbs and light fixtures
- Required to assist in moving material
- Maintain a professional product through high quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with clientele, co-workers, and subcontractors
- Independently operate most standard construction tools and equipment
- Patch, prime and repaint existing spaces

**Required skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience**
- Appropriate level of physical fitness for heavy lifting and general full-time labour
- Full G class license (negotiable - certain job sites are easier to access than others
- option to be picked up by site supervisors/co-workers)
- Must own tools/equipment and transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
