**Company description** Take 5 is a North American leader in the quick lube business. We service all vehicle fluids - engine oil, transmission fluid, differential and transfer case fluids and engine coolants. We do tire swaps and rotations, change windshield wipers and air/ cabin filters. We do not service brakes or do automotive repairs. **Job description** Take 5 is a North American wide fast paced oil change specialist. Take 5 does oil changes, tire swaps and rotations, wiper replacements, transmission fluid changes, differential and transfer case fluid changes, engine coolant changes, air and cabin filter changes. We do NOT do any mechanical work - brakes etc. WE are the only quick lube which actually times the service - from start to finish. Our average oil change is under 10 minutes. Experience in the automotive or customer service industry is desired but NOT required. A desire to learn and follow strictly our proven procedure is the most important attribute we look for. We offer a industry leading and comprehensive 'on line' and 'on the job' training program. While we are currently looking for two full time team member; part-time positions are also available. This is not just a 'job'. This is a career that I offer. I also have a possible Manager Position open. Extensive automotive knowledge and computer literacy skills required. The compensation package for this position is currently under review. The main thing I am looking for is - an attitude and desire to learn AND the ability to work as a TEAM MEMBER If from Day 1 you THINK you know how to do the things we do in a better way; or if you fail to follow our proven procedure you are not a good fit Compensation is initially based on an hourly rate. This base wage applies for the 1st 1-3 months, depending on the individuals ability and competence. After that a bonus system applies. This bonus is NOT commissions based, instead it is based on our joint success. In slow months your earnings are never reduced and in busy months you share our success. In short, the more you do the greater the financial compensation. The posted hourly rate will be adjusted after 3 months employment, 1 year of employment, and annually thereafter. We are a "NO CURSING ALLOWED" worksite. We do not tolerate any rudeness and will not accept any rudeness directed to any employee or customer.
