**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize company profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales roles.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Solid account management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in business development strategies that drive growth.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
