**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized. You will assist with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for both customers and fellow team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to restaurant standards while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized regularly.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and promote menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Help train new staff members on restaurant procedures and best practices.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
