**Company Overview**

Since 1999, New Steel has been Ontario’s largest body jewelry retailer, with 11 locations across the province. We specialize in body piercing jewelry, stainless steel chains, pendants, and rings. Our success is built on a strong commitment to customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.

**Position Overview**

While knowledge of body jewelry and piercings is an asset, it is not required. We provide paid, comprehensive training to ensure all staff feel confident and supported in their role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and close the kiosk, including handling till counts and displays
- Greet customers, answer questions, provide product information, and complete sales transactions
- Maintain stock levels, restock merchandise, and keep the kiosk clean and organized
- Track sold-out items and report to management monthly
- Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
