**JOB SUMMARY**:
**WORKING PROCEDURES**:

- Assists on set up of new funds and performs FundServ testing of client on-boarding
- Completes dealer set-up requests, and advisor changes in a timely manner
- Processes investor redemption and subscription activity manually and through FundServ in accordance with the fund’s offering documents
- Ensures distribution information is up to date and compliant and in accordance with the fund manager's instructions
- Prepares bank reconciliations, money movement instructions, and confirmations on a daily basis
- Ensures all new accounts, financial and non-financial information is processed accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with the established procedures of the company, the industry, and client satisfaction
- Reviews and resolves trade reject reports and rejected FundServ files
- Conducts FundServ file testing
- Has knowledge of the investment fund industry including product knowledge across various investment product types
- Works with the team to ensure compliance with internal company policies & procedures, and the AML/AT Act and PIPEDA
- Ensures all registered accounts are set up correctly by entering all required information onto the system
- Maintains registered accounts non-financial records upon receipt of client instructions
- Processes RESP accounts financial requests, which includes analyzing the account notional balances to determine the available capital, grant and income components
- Reconciles government files received relating to the CESG payments
- Participates in special projects as directed and required
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned according to the needs and requirements of the company and its clients

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, esp. Excel
- Experience in the financial services industry, esp. mutual funds
- Knowledge of CRS, FATCA, PIPEDA, AML/AT
- System knowledge of LTI Unitrax
- Overtime may be required to meet client and department deliverables and systems testing

- Excellent client service communication skills
- Strong team player
- Able to work with mínimal supervision in a time sensitive, precision-based demanding environment, quickly adjusting to multiple demands, tasks and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated while able to take instructions
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills
- Strong attention to detail

**BENEFICIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous work experience within a credit union and trust company environment is an asset
- Unitholder tax filing knowledge an asset
- Knowledge of FundServ files and FundServ testing standards
- Completion of IFIC or CSC is an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
