We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. If you are passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing, proficient in Google Ads, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing company, we look forward to having you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute digital ad campaigns**: Develop and implement advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
- **Market research and analysis**: Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize advertising strategies.
- **Monitor ad performance**: Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting ad content and bidding strategies based on data.
- **Budget management**: Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- **Reporting and optimization**: Generate performance reports, providing actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least two years of experience in digital media marketing, with proven success in running ads on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- **Analytical skills**: Proficient in using analytical tools to perform data analysis and create reports.
- **Creativity**: Innovative thinking with the ability to craft engaging ad content.
- **Communication skills**: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- **Educational background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Familiarity with other digital ad platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
