Reporting to the Inventory Team Lead, the Material Handler will be responsible for the placement, picking and movement of inventory to the production line and alternate departments as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory through ERP systems for efficiency improvement opportunities
- Count stock items, and record data into ERP system
- Year-end cycle count process and execution
- Kanban process and execution
- Work order review and analysis
- Obsolescence reserve by reallocating slow moving material
- pick kits in the ERP system and ensuring that the orders are on accurate and on time
- Review the logistics of inventory and equipment management to ensure adequate
- Set and maintain standards for safety within the warehouse. This can involve inspecting facilities and equipment, promptly responding to reports of accidents, and making sure that areas are free of clutter and other hazards. If an accident occurs, logistics team leaders ascertain what happened, maintaining detailed records, and providing them to management
- Support overall performance and efficiency by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout inventory and material move cycles

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an inventory position
- Forklift certified (preferred)
- Detailed and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; timely and accurate
- Strong time management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities
- 1+ years’ experience with using an ERP & RF scan systems
- Microsoft experience
- Able to work effectively under pressure
