_Front Desk Administrator _
We are a very busy, fast-paced, fun-loving Beauty Bar that offers exceptional service in waxing, sugaring, hair laser removal, spray tanning, and other personal care services

We are looking to hire a full time (25-40 hours per week) front desk associate immediately, that has a minimum of 2 year of desk experience in a very busy atmosphere
- **WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK AND LOOKING TO FILL WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND HOURS Days and Evenings**_

MUST BE RELIABLE SERIOUS ABOUT WORKING
- talented at problem-solving
- answering a multi-line phone and booking client appts in a professional & friendly manner
- confirm appts with clients
- help keep the spa neat and tidy
- help the estheticians flip rooms after each client and assist with laundry
- must be able to respect the confidentiality of the business with regard to client information & business information
- ability to deal with stressful situations with grace and ease
- friendly & easy going personality
- able to work and manage yourself in a hectic and fast-paced environment
- super quick learner who can grasp our booking system easily
- exceptional customer service abilities...must be very courteous and understanding and have a side of firmness
- must be able to manage a staff of 10, no drama mama
- must be reliable to commit to your work schedule and show up on time
- honest and lots of integrity
- very important that you have at least 2 years of fast-paced front desk experience
- the ability to multi-task between the front desk and helping estheticians schedule and day run smoothly
- teamwork must be your number #1 priority
- follow instructions and requests efficiently and with a smile
- proficient in Word, Excel, and Social Media
- a strong sense of self that can deal with any situation professionally and not emotionally
- looking for a permanent position, not a short one
- flexible in work hours
- available immediately for training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
