D&G Landscaping is a commercial and institutional landscaping and heavy civil construction company based in Greely, Ontario. Our projects include Parliament (West Block & Centre Block), Lansdowne Park, Rideau Street, Elgin Street, multiple OLRT Stations to name just a few. Fuel Truck & Delivery Driver

Our Fuel Truck & Delivery Driver is our connection between our shop and our crews in the field. In addition to supplying our crews with the fuel they need to keep jobsites running, you will also communicate with Foremen, Supers, the Fleet Manager and Dispatch. You will aim to communicate well and maximize your time and travel to make sure everyone has what they need.

Position Description
- Drive the company’s fuel truck vehicle to sites through Ottawa-area to re-fuel vehicles and equipment, as requested by dispatch on a daily basis
- Coordinate with dispatch and site Foremen to load/unload the vehicle with materials and deliver to sites within the Ottawa-area.
- Help in organizing the storage in Company shop and yard
- Assist with all duties related to the maintenance of the Company’s shop and yard

**Requirements**:

- Monday to Friday, daytime, hours are 7am to 5pm but may vary, based on needs
- G License
- Clean driver abstract
- Able to crouch, lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Able to follow instructions and be detail-oriented
- Able to plan well and be proactive to manage requirements to ensure efficient use of time and travel
- Positive attitude and strong communication
- Be responsible with company vehicle and careful with the transportation of fuel and materials
