The Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa in Victoria is a luxurious 5-star hotel with 91 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and lounge area, a 300-person ballroom, and conference facilities. The hotel is part of the Westin brand, which falls under the Marriott umbrella. The hotel also features a state-of-the-art spa and serenity pool.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Verify reservations, collect payment, assign rooms, and address guest needs
Maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Answer calls, make reservations, and act as concierge
Foster communication with other departments and promote loyalty programs
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, but also as part of the front desk team
**What we offer**
Our location atop Bear Mountain Resort in Langford offers convenience to our commuting employees. We provide free on-site parking for those with their own vehicles. We prioritize our staff's well-being, offering complimentary top-notch lunches in the staff room and free access to our fitness facility.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
