**Construction Warranty & Project Coordinator** Shape Construction, Canmore **Position Overview** We require a full-time permanent Construction Warranty & Project Coordinator to new build deficiency and owner/buyer relations. **Salary**: $50,000-$65,000 (Depending on experience) Full-time/Permanent **Key Responsibilities** **Buyer Relations**:* - Build relationships with customers as their first point of contact with warranty and service inquiries. - Do turnover & pre-turnover walk through with new buyers/owners. - Do one year warranty walk throughs with owners. - Communicates, interprets, and assists customers with the resolution of warranty issues. - Maintain and provide documentation of deficiency repair to buyers. - Listen to concerns of homeowner and solution find within appropriate time limits. - Follow up on concerns to ensure they have been resolved. **Warranty Coordination**:* - Coordinate with trades to do warranty repairs. - Verifies that repairs are completed within a timeline. - Schedule, update and ensure completion of service calls. - Completes reports and conducts analysis on recurrent service issues. **Project Coordination**:* - Document upgrade packages for new builds. - Assist Project Managers with ad-hoc assignments. **Skills and Experience** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong Costumer relations experience. - The ability to interpret blueprints. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. **Requirements**: - Must have Vehicle and License. - Construction experience is considered an asset. - Negative Criminal Record Check. **Why Work for Us?** - We have a health benefits plan (dental, vision, paramedical, short - and long-term disability, life insurance, etc ) - Monthly cell phone allowance. - Bonus program. - We offer competitive wages depending on experience. - We believe in working hard and having fun **Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
