**ABOUT THE JOB**

Marid Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic **Industrial Painter** to join our team This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an individual to join our growing team.

**Afternoon Shift once trained**:

- Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 2:30am (Applicants must be available for daytime training shifts Monday to Friday 6:30am -4pm).

This position requires a strong focus on maintaining safety standards, quality control, and effective organization of materials to support production and construction activities. The individual will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory of paints, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in toolbox meetings.
- Participate in continuous improvement.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEREINCE**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with industry-specific software is required
