**The Opportunity**
We’re adding an independent contractor: a Digital Strategist who owns Meta and Google ad accounts, builds lasting client relationships, and turns data into action. You’ll be the day-to-day lead on several key accounts, partnering directly with the founder to shape strategy and scale results.
**What You’ll Do**
You are the data-driven half of a campaign team. You focus on platform integration, tracking, and data management, and represent those focus areas to the clients in your portfolio. You team up with StrategyX creatives and senior leadership to implement conversion strategies and pitch winning business.
- Be the key connection between campaign-specific platforms and the client’s CMS, focusing on data management and tracking
- Develop and manage integrations across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with relentless focus on ROI
- Set budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and bids while testing new platform features as they roll out
- Present clear insights in weekly and monthly meetings and turn dashboards into next-step strategy
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, setting expectations, and celebrating wins
- Brief copy and design on high-impact ads and landing-page tests and follow projects through to launch
- Document processes, platform changes, and best practices so the team can move faster
**Specific Requirements and Skills**
- Minimum three years of hands-on Meta and Google campaign management with monthly spends of at least $10 000 per account
- Demonstrated success improving CPA, ROAS, or lead quality through data-backed optimizations
- Fluency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion API setups, and building Looker Studio reports
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and comfort leading strategy calls
- Ability to translate performance data into plain-language recommendations and clear action plans
- Strong grasp of ad copy principles and experience briefing or collaborating with creatives
- Bonus points for experience in wellness or e-commerce brands, LinkedIn Ads, or AI-driven ad tools
**Interview Process**
- Stage 1, 30-minute video chat with the founder focused on culture and role fit
- Skill Assessment, A short take-home exercise or live audit demonstrating your campaign analysis and recommendations
- Stage 2, 60-minute deep-dive interview covering strategic thinking and client scenarios

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and level of seniority
