**Store Manager, Key Responsibilities;**
- influence the results, including sales and profit
- determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community
- be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community
- be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success

**Store Manager, Key Requirements**:

- A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required for this role
