**A.** **Job Identification**

Branch Location: Saskatoon Saskatchewan

Area of Responsibility: Warehouse / Hose Assembly Area

Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Representative

**B.** **Job Summary**

Ship, receive, and kit assembly of inventory and materials from the local branch. Enthusiasm for growth and development within the company would be an asset.

**C.** **Essential Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Including but not limited to.

1) Load and Unload freight.

2) Assembly of hydraulic hoses

3) Package various order and arrange for pick-up.

4) Assure proper documentation is completed on incoming and departing orders.

5) Examine and record shipment contents assuring quantities and item numbers are correct.

6) Place received goods in correct location.

7) Make local pick-ups and deliveries.

8) Operate and maintain equipment within area following all asset maintenance procedures.

9) Maintain area cleanliness on a regular basis.

**D.** **Education and Experience**
- A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

1) 2 years of Warehouse experience.

**E.** **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

1) Effective oral and written communication.

2) Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Ex. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

3) Negotiation skills.

4) Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

5) Good organizational skills.

**F.** **Certificate, Licenses, and/or Registrations**

Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
