C&C Insurance Agencies is a busy brokerage focused on customer service and attention to detail. We are currently looking to expand our team with an Insurance Advisor on a full-time basis at our Burnaby Location (2nd floor of Korea Town Centre)

**Job Information**:

- Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
- Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
- Educating customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
- Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating using our Applied Epic Software
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties
- Any other job-related tasks as required by management
- Flexibility to work at both of our locations (Burnaby/Langley). if/when needed
- This job-posting will be primarily based out of our Burnaby Location on North Road.

**Schedule**
- 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible schedule
- Full-Time
- Work Saturdays as required

**Education**
- Secondary School
- Level 1 Insurance License (preferred)

**Experience**
- Data entry
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry with Applied Epic/Policycenter considered an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment

**Language**
- Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English

Pay: $3,300.00-$3,850.00 per month
