**Position Overview**

Factory Recreation is seeking a motivated and team-oriented **Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team. This is a **full-time, year-round** opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. While prior experience in the powersports industry is an asset, it is not required—comprehensive brand-specific and on-site sales training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Promote and sell accessories and apparel.
- Organize and maintain indoor and outdoor vehicle displays.
- Accurately update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Complete all necessary paperwork with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits of various powersports vehicles.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**_**(Must-Have)**_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid **G-Class** driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- **High School diploma** (Post-secondary education preferred).
- **OMVIC certification** is an asset.
