Arq Mountain Centre Inc. is a leading outdoor sport retailer specializing in mountaineering, hiking, and camping gear. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers via online chat and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with their product inquiries, including order status and availability.
- Provide recommendations on products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
