We are looking for an **Office Manager**

If you are a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast paced and busy environment, we would love to hear from you
- **Organizational skills**:

- Goal and detail-oriented
- Excellent prioritization skills and adept at multitasking
- Superior communication skills for interactions with both staff and patients
- Experience in managing a team
- Efficiency in producing reports measuring clinic key performance indicators
- Adept at managing conflict and negotiating winning solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operations and workflow efficiency.
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Handling patient inquiries, appointments, and billing.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
- Implementing office policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Working with leadership team to supply reporting and assessment of practice management.

**Location**: Our clinic is located 45 min south of Edmonton.

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
