**What you will do**:
Our artisanal **Carpenters **are known for their dedication to creating unique and high-quality wooden pieces. They play a crucial role in the world of our spa villages via their work in interior design, construction, and craftsmanship. They produce custom furniture and cabinetry that add both functionality and beauty to our signature spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study drawings of items to be manufactured and calculate material requirements;
- Outline items or mark dimensions on wood;
- Measure and cut wood components;
- Cut, shape, form and assemble parts using various specialized0 such as power saws, jigsaws, mortisers, shapers;
- Plan and reinforce joints and assemble parts;
- Carry out any other related tasks, as requested by the position or your supervisor;
- Good knowledge of finishing products (lacquers, epoxy, varnishes, and stains);
- Inspect completed project to ensure adherence to design specifications;
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and policies;
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Vocational Studies in cabinetmaking, woodworking, or related trades;
- Minimum of **two (2) years'** experience in carpentry and/or cabinetmaking;
- Interest and aptitude in artisanal cabinetmaking;
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English) for supporting our operations outside of Quebec;
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role;
- A portfolio of your projects will be required;
- Ability tests will be conducted as part of the selection process.
