View more on our Awards & Accolades here **How You'll' Make an Impact** - Analyze industry and demand trends to design efficient and cost-effective Source-to-Pay processes - Collaborate with senior management across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Engineering to implement policies, strategic plans & objectives, and process improvements - Source, engage, and build long-term relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers, internal business partners and stakeholders - Support business partners with preparing proposals, requesting quotes and negotiating advantageous purchase terms and conditions, where needed - Review and monitor contracts throughout procurement process to ensure compliance with procurement requirements, policies, and procedures - Partner with Legal and CISO to support timely security and privacy risk assessments and audits - Manage vendor agreement life cycles and renewals calendar - Establish, measure, and report on OKRs, KPIs - Collaborate with Finance to complete quarterly spend analyses, evaluating spend patterns and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies - Monitor supplier performance, evaluate the financial stability of suppliers and vendors, and resolve issues or concerns - Partner with IT to integrate Source-to-Pay systems and processes with License Management and Spend Management systems and processes - Create and maintain training content and change management adoption materials - Promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs **What You'll Need to be Successful** - **Remote Opportunity**: Ability to work 100% remotely - **Must Have**: - 5+ years of procurement and negotiation experience - Superior knowledge and understanding of software and SaaS contract terms and conditions - Demonstrated knowledge of different types of software and services - Demonstrated knowledge of information technology, software, and SaaS terminology - Demonstrated negotiating skills with the ability to adapt and improvise - Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Superior communication and writing skills - Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure - Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties - Demonstrated internal stakeholder management skills - capacity to listen, build trusting relationships in all levels of the organization, understand and capture stakeholder's needs and deliver effective solutions - Demonstrated knowledge of the P2P process and ability to identify appropriate solutions for spend categories - Demonstrated ability to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work process, and work cooperatively to provide seamless customer service - **Desired Skills (but not required)**: - Experience implementing procurement, virtual card, and/or travel and expense solutions (e.g. Coupa, Airbase, Concur) - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills - Able to travel occasionally should a business need arise (
