Head Bartender

**Bartender (Mixology-Focused)**

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for executing classic and contemporary cocktails, maintaining bar standards, and confidently guiding guests through our beverage offerings. Prior experience with high-volume service, cocktail builds, and POS systems such as Micros POS is highly valued.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and efficiency, following established recipes and standards
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktail builds; ability to execute and modify drinks as needed
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS accurately for order entry, tab management, and payment processing
- Engage guests with professionalism and confidence, offering recommendations and enhancing the overall bar experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and beverage handling standards
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with local regulations
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and proper storage of bar products
- Collaborate with bar and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
- Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines consistently

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong understanding of cocktail techniques, drink builds, and bar workflow
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Solid cash handling and basic math skills for tabs and payments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper beverage handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and maintain quality under pressure during high-volume service
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills

**Compensation**
- Pay is competitive and based on skill level, mixology knowledge, and prior bartending experience.
- Final compensation will be determined following a trial period, during which performance, technical ability, and guest engagement will be evaluated.
