**Overview**:
At Bowhead - we design and build innovative products for individuals with limited mobility - including our line up of adaptive electric mountain bikes.

**Duties**:

- Assemble products as per detailed instructions - delicate and precise work with aluminum and plastic bike parts
- Be knowledgeable on the assembly of all Bowhead products and accessories as directed by the supervisor
- Fabrication and assembly of accessory items as required - such as cutting out foam parts or gluing plastic pieces together
- Utilize the tools provided and be able to read assembly drawings/blueprints (typical tools include torque wrenches, allen keys)
- Perform final quality checks after builds.
- Help determine standard times for builds.
- Maintain 5S and continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and quality

**Skills / Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to fabricate and assemble materials accurately.
- Knowledge of bike components is an asset
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Organized and able to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Proficient in blueprint reading for project understanding.
- Able to work well with others in English
- Able to precisely follow directions and keep specific steps required to build products of high quality

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
