Performs a variety of tasks specific to parking services, fees, fines, permits, and employee access cards. Responds to inquiries and ensures information provided to customers is aligned with University and departmental policies and procedures. **Purpose and Key Functions**: - Process a variety of payments and transactions. - Receive payments via point-of-sale. - Sell parking permits which requires ensuring customers have completed all necessary forms, processing transactions, and issuing permits. - Correspond with field staff by radio on a variety of issues such as parking permits, vehicle registration, suspensions, and violations. - Write a variety of documents such as correspondence, procedure manuals, reports, and minutes. - Conduct database searches for customer accounts and information. - Provide training to student cashiers. - Utilize discretion and judgment to screen visitors and telephone calls, and notify appropriate personnel. - Prepare invoices and journal entries. - Process parking voucher orders and payroll permit requests. - Update and maintain confidential files and records. - Handle sensitive material in accordance with established policies. - Assemble, copy, collate, and disseminate a variety of documents and materials. - Open and distribute incoming mail and faxes. - Print photo ID cards. - Maintain photo ID software and machine. - Order and maintain supplies for photo ID machine and office supplies. - Reconcile accounts. **Supervision**: - No formal supervision of others is required. - Provide orientation and show procedures to others. **Requirements**: - 1 year Community College diploma in Office Administration or related field. - Requires 2 years of relevant experience. **Assets**: - For Department use only_.
