**Hourly Rate: $17.70**

**Seasonal (December - March)**

**Full Time (4-5 shifts a week) or Part Time (2-3 Shifts a week)**

As a **Repairs Technician**, you'll assist guests, perform essential gear fixes, and ensure all equipment is in top condition. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and stellar customer service, you'll keep the shop running smoothly, handle rentals, and complete a variety of tasks with a team-oriented attitude. If you love working with your hands and staying active, this job is for you

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Work like a pro Explain technical stuff to guests in a way that makes sense and builds trust.
- Tackle all kinds of repairs (with a little supervision at times). From sidewall and edge fixes to binding installs and tune-ups, you've got it covered
- Stay sharp Follow shop safety guidelines and keep the place running smoothly.
- Keep our fleet of rental gear in tip-top shape according to the schedule from the Supervisor.
- Dive into other tasks as assigned by the Repair or Rental Supervisor. There's never a dull moment

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Ready to lift up to 40 lbs
- You're all about customer service and know how to keep guests happy.
- Team player
- Got the basics of ski/board construction and binding design? Awesome
- You can work independently and handle whatever comes your way.
- Previous repair shop experience? Even better
- A strong understanding of ski and snowboard gear is a big plus.
- Must be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays, including Christmas, Family Day Weekend, and March Break
