**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary
- Adhere to all local health and safety regulations related to food service

**Skills**
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Previous restaurant experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
