Real Estate Deal Secretary

**A fast-paced real estate office requires full-time Deal Secretary.**
Requirements are as following but not limited to it:
- You must have exceptional organizational and customer service/people skills.
- Exceptional phone Attiquettes
- Basic Computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and responsible Duties would include:
- Entering deals into Broker Wolf accounting system
- Following up with agents about outstanding documents
- Processing pre-construction deals
- Invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission
- Handling incoming calls to Admin Department
- Preparing and sending commission invoices
- Processing commission cheques
- Uploading documents into a paperless system
- Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, and lawyers
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- **2 years Working experience in Real estate office is required, which includes experience with Broker Wolf accounting system.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Real Estate Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
