**About the Role**

**Requirements**:
Route Planning:

- Strategically plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize transit times.
- Utilize route optimization software to enhance delivery performance.

Driver Coordination:

- Coordinate team of 5-10 drivers in various assigned regions including out of province drivers.
- Assign and dispatch drivers to delivery routes, considering factors such as distance, traffic, and delivery windows.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide necessary information and updates.
- Coordinate contingency plans by maintaining a pool of alternative drivers or third party contractors.
- Develop, maintain and train on driver handbook.
- Experience with driver routing software.

Order Fulfillment:

- Efficiently process and prioritize on time, in full deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and on-time picking and packing of orders.

Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process, such as delays, traffic obstacles, or customer concerns.
- Collaborate with drivers and other team members to find timely solutions.
- Experience with Risk Assessment.

Communication:

- Maintain clear and open communication channels with drivers, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on delivery statuses and any changes to routes or schedules.

Data Management:

- Record Management including BOLs, licensing requirements, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with Transport Canada.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement in delivery processes.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$59,204.80 per year
