Position Overview:
Allen’s Transport is looking for a **Wash Bay Attendant**to join our team in Leduc, AB, for our late afternoon/evening shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with shop experience, who is safety conscious and mechanically inclined.

In this position, you are responsible for performing all aspects of truck/tank cleaning, including interior inspection of the trailer for residual product, and post-cleaning inspection of exterior for both truck and tankers. **You must be able to work in tight spaces, work from heights above 20ft, and be willing to work in confined space (cleaning inside tanks with appropriate supervision).**
- **Responsibilities**_
- Internal & external cleaning of trucks/tankers
- Internal tank inspection to ensure company standards are met or exceeds
- External truck/trailer inspection to ensure company standards are met or exceeds
- Hose cleaning
- Pump Flushes
- Drive equipment (in yard only)
- Tank entry (with confined space training)
- Operation of small tools, pressure washers, etc.
- Tank steam cleaning
- Regular maintenance on pumps
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to read and understand SDS
- Work safely with chemicals
- Work safely/confidently at heights above 20 ft (6 meters)
- Maintaining clean work space
- Other duties as required
- **Qualifications**_
- Positive and strong work ethic
- Grade 12 or higher education
- Experience moving tractor/trailer on site (considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to tolerate all types of weather and physical demands of position
- Comfortable working in humid conditions
- Safety conscious
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience in pressure washing, and/or working with chemicals highly preferred

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
