We’re looking for a skilled Interlocking Foreman with strong leadership experience to run job sites and lead a crew with confidence.
Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a crew on residential and commercial interlocking projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and site layouts
- Operate and manage job site equipment (e.g., skid steers, plate compactors, saws)
- Ensure accuracy in base preparation, grading, cutting, and laying pavers
- Track job progress and manage timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards are met
- Enforce safety procedures and train crew members on proper techniques
- Communicate with the company owner and clients as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in interlocking/hardscaping
- At least 1 year of supervisory or lead hand experience
- Ability to read and implement landscape/interlock construction plans
- Skilled in layout, grading, base compaction, cutting, and finishing pavers
- Experience operating small machinery (skid steer, mini excavator, saws, etc.)
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Pay: $24.31-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
