We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, mature individual to join our team. Part-Time Sales Associate/Fitting Specialist for our Barrie location. We are looking to fill 2-3 days during the week including a few Saturdays every month.

Brabary specializes in bra fitting, breast forms, fine lingerie and swimwear. We believe that the right fit makes the difference

**Bra Fitting Specialist**

**Location**: Barrie (Commerce Park Drive)

**Job Type**: 2-4 days a week including two Saturdays a month

As a Bra Fitting Specialist at Brabary, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring our clients find the perfect fit and feel confident in their lingerie and swimwear choices. We are looking for individuals with a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personalized Fittings**: Conduct professional bra fittings for customers, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and expert advice.
- **Customer Consultation**: Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products based on size, style, and comfort.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate expert knowledge of our product range, including materials, features, and benefits, to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong customer relationships through friendly and respectful interactions, fostering trust and loyalty.
- **Maintain Store Standards**: Ensure fitting rooms and display areas are clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate sizes and styles.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to team goals.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Meet or exceed sales targets by recommending additional items or accessories that complement the customer’s selection.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and potential improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with a preference for experience in lingerie or apparel fitting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess customer needs.
- Knowledge of bra sizing and fitting techniques preferred; willingness to undergo training as necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in fashion retailing or related fields is a plus.
