Personal Support Worker for Live-in Care in Markham

**Responsibilities**:

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to fill in shifts when needed
- Assistance in daily living activities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Assist with toileting and ambulation
- Assistance with ongoing medical conditions
- Knowledge of clients who have Dementia
- Light housekeeping

**Education/Knowledge**
- PSW certified
- Follow HIPPA compliance
- English well spoken
- Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Certifications: First aid, CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

**Soft Skills**
- Compassionate with a gentle bedside manner
- Physical endurance
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative nature, get along with others well

You will also ensure compliance with rules and regulations, by handling routine work and by processing information to ensure compliance with regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $210.00 per day

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
