We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to take on our **Lot Manager** position. **This is not a driving position**, although a valid driver's license is required. This position is crucial in day to day operations, and almost all departments depend on you.

This is a fast paced and demanding job. As a Lot Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee lot attendants and ensure work is being complete in a timely manner
- Manage vehicle inventory
- In charge of sending vehicles to body shop, mechanics, windshield replacements and any other off site reconditioning centers
- Using our dealer management software to mark where vehicles are in the reconditioning process
- Organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensuring vehicles are parked and arranged in a neat and orderly fashion. We have a large inventory of vehicles so organization is a must.
- Keeping the lot and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, garbage, as well as snow and ice removal in the Winter months.
- Making sure vehicles have gas for test drives.
- Reporting to the Service Department with vehicle issues; flat tires, lights on the dash etc.
- New Arrival Inspections: When a vehicle initially arrives, filling out a check list and noting any damages/issues.
- Grabbing vehicles for transport.
- Running errands; licensing, supplies stores, dropping vehicles off at body shop/repair shops, picking up customers at times etc.
- Ensuring vehicles are in perfect condition for customer pick-up; license plates are attached & full tank of gas, touch up paint.
- Quick clean-ups for vehicles that have been sitting / dirty exteriors.
- Starting and driving vehicles that have been sitting, this should be done weekly.

**Work Conditions**:

- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Monday to Friday
- Lifting or moving up to 40lbs may be required: snow removal, moving tires and auto parts

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid G2 or G driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Automotive background / experience in a similar role (Preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills - written as well as verbal
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
