We are looking for a **HPE Business Development Manager** (Ontario) to support our **Sales Department.**

**Summary**:
Customer facing sales role, responsible for assigned accounts, both active and inactive, including revenue, margin, and breadth growth, customer contact, and sales and service. Accountable for customer satisfaction, revenue generation, goal achievement, and long-term business goals, driving account activation and new business for D&H.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Track and manage (from Open to Close) a sales pipeline using MS CRM
- Grow an HPE Canada territory by using values based selling to recruit new partners and increase share of wallet with existing accounts
- Collaborate within the D&H sales organization to identify prospects and grow revenue
- Proactively communicate unique promotions and programs to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize existing BI tools to develop tactical plans
- Work with HPE resellers to broaden product knowledge & sell new solutions to increase revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to develop activities to increase our HPE presence in the market
- Act as resident expert on all specific manufacturer programs and product offerings

**Education and/or Experience**:

- College education preferred.
- 5 years in outside sales or account business development role. experience.
- Good understanding of data center technologies related to server, storage, virtualization and networking
- Experience conducting formal presentations in a one to many setting.
