**What You’ll Do**

As a Digital Media Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns. This role is based in our vibrant Vancouver office, where you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to:

- Plan and execute awareness and lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop media strategies, blocking charts, and performance reports.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize media campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of media trends and provide insights on new opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate dashboards and effective creative assets.
- Manage budgets, track payments, and reconcile campaign savings.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in media, with a strong focus on digital campaigns.
- **Skills**: Expertise in Google Ads, social advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), and performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC).
- **Technical** **Knowledge**: Proficiency in Web Analytics, A/B testing, and reporting tools; familiarity with HubSpot and Power BI is an asset.
- **Strengths**: Exceptional organizational skills, budgeting experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft** **Skills**: Outstanding interpersonal communication, professionalism, and a detail-oriented mindset.
