Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their mobility needs and provide expert advice on our range of products.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all mobility devices offered, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations to showcase the benefits and functionality of our mobility devices.
- Customer Support: Offer exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or mobility device industry.
- Strong understanding of mobility devices and assistive technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Certification in assistive technology or related disciplines.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
