- Our team builds value and relationships through forming custom approaches for our client’s individual needs and in executing on those approaches through experience, pro-activity and a conscious recognition of the importance of the services we are engaged for._
- Being a point-to-point contact for inside sales and quote follow ups
- Corresponding with clients to resolve issues, answer questions
- Assist in generating quotes
- Corresponding with technicians when required
- Assisting senior and office staff with day to day operations
- Relaying information and parts to and from the office
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Maintaining good relations with customers
- Ensuring that technicians complete notes and documents correctly;
- Other duties as assigned.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry a plus (NFPA);
- Valid Driver’s license;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal;
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills;
- Ability to take ownership and resolve conflict;
- IT Literacy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
