We are looking for a Manager, Workplace Programs to support our Human Resources (HR) Branch. The Manager, Workplace Programs would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
You will lead a new work unit responsible for the delivery of HR programs to advance equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), wellness and official languages (OL) at the NRC. You will plan and direct the delivery of workplace programs, strategies and solutions, and provide leadership to ensure cross-NRC advancement and measurable progress toward EDI, OL and wellness goals.
This role will appeal to a visionary and strategic thinking HR leader with a high level of drive and perseverance and a track record for delivering results. You are committed to the advancement of EDI, OL and wellness in the workplace and are motivated by the challenge of delivering HR programs that increase representation, address barriers and enable excellence in research and innovation.
