The _Canalta Group of Companies_ is a privately held Canadian owned company focusing on the manufacturing and service of industrial control and measurement equipment, specifically targeting the gas industry and supplying product internationally. We are currently recruiting for a** QA Coordinator** at our head office in Red Deer, AB.

What will you do?
- Ensure that the organization's quality management systems standards and procedures are met
- Work closely with the Quality Control Manager
- Oversee the Document Control Administrator to ensure documentation is properly created, updated, controlled and retained
- Manage the NCR process
- Create, update and control QMS documented information including proper record retention
- Plan, participate in and report on internal and external audits

What do you need?
- Strong attention to details is required
- Professional proficiency of written English
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 required
- At least two years experience with internal & external auditing required
- 2 - 5 years in a supervisor position
- Knowledge of ABSA, PED 2014/68/EU and UKCA quality standards is an asset
- Experience in manufacturing is an asset
- Business diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Adobe
