Train new staff
- Maintain records of stock, sales and waste
- Assist in development of policies and procedures
- Managing cash and handling daily deposits
- Supervise staff who prepare and serve food
- Ensuring Brand Standards and Food Safety Protocols are being followed
- **Management experience required**

**-The tips usually work out to an additional $3 to $4 per hour worked**
