**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with underwriters and customers
- Computer skills, experienced with TAM, AMS, PowerQuote, MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, ICBC PolicyCenter
- Prepare new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
- Provide general insurance renewal terms and optional quotes
- Update evaluators when necessary
- Ability to sell new homeowner policies
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Flexible in job duties and mobility as necessary
- **Mandarin** / **Cantonese** speaking is an asset
