**Location**

**Skills and Experience**:

- 4-6 years of technology-related consulting experience in Asset Management solutions.
- Be familiar with the business of MRO and the types of systems needs to support - CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems);
- Industry practices around asset management and its implementation in “on the shop floor” process and systems usage;
- Inventory management practices and utilization in an MRO;
- Have experience with business process analysis, evaluation and implementation;
- Deep understanding experience working with Infor/Hexagon EAM Work, Purchasing, Material and Administration modules;
- Have experience with different EAM processes and how they work E.g., Warranty processes, Scheduling, Annual Maintenance Plan, Permitting using GIS, GIS Enabled work management.
- Have skills in communication (written, verbal and presentation) and be comfortable interacting with folks from the shop floor to the executive suite;
- Experience leading business process analysis workshops and documenting To-Be business process based on best practices.

**Education**:

- BS in Business, Information Technology or Engineering or related field, advanced education degree a plus (equivalent experience will be considered).
