The team at **West Broadway Dentist**located in **Vancouver, BC** is looking for a passionate, hard-working **Dental Receptionist**on a **full-time** basis.
- The ideal **Dental Receptionist**for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
This person will be responsible, among other tasks, for welcoming patients, answering calls, handling payments, managing recall lists, and scheduling patient appointments. They will also ensure the organization and filing of records, as well as confirming appointments and entering data

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- ** 1 year of experience is required as a**Dental Receptionist /**Dental Administrator/**Administrative Assistant**:
- ** Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate**:
- Experience with dental practice management software such as **Tracker** is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
